Australian Deliveries
$12 Flat rate postage
A flat rate postage of $12 applies for overnight courier delivery anywhere in Australia of small to medium sized packages under 5 kg in weight and suitable to be packed into a standard sized satchel. The goods are sent by Australian Air Express and if your order is lodged with us by 1pm it will be sent that day, and arrive to you in the morning of the next working day in most cases.
Please choose a suitable delivery address for delivery between 9am and 5pm the next day. A work address (please include company name), a PO Box, or an address that someone will be at the whole day is best.
'Authority to leave'
At the checkout page of the website you can give 'Authority to leave' the parcel if there will be no-one available to sign for the package. If customers select not to have 'Authority to leave' their order without a signature, and no-one is at the chosen delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives, then a redelivery will need to be attempted. Unfortunately, the cost of redelivery by our courier company is $8.20 and this fee will be passed on to the customer should this occur.
Therefore, all orders are sent out with 'Authority to leave' the parcel unless the customer has selected during the checkout process that this is not what they want to happen.
If you authorise 'Authority to leave' at the Checkout, give clear instructions of where to leave your parcel and the courier will do their best to follow these instructions. If the courier deems the authority to leave as an unsafe area to leave the parcel they may leave a card and return the parcel to the AAE depot.
If 'Authority to leave' is authorised and the parcel is left by the courier, we (Artery Store) hold no responsibility if the parcel then goes missing from the shipping address, selection of authority to leave is deemed as a signature of the recipient.
Bulky items
Bulky or heavy packages will be charged at current Australian National Courier rates at checkout at a base rate cost with an additional price per kilo depending on your delivery postcode.

International Deliveries
Orders are sent by Australia Post International and are insured. A 2kg and under small to medium sized satchel will generally cost $45 plus $5 insurance to most countries. Please email

for an accurate quote and we will process the order manually for you and dispatch it the same day. International orders are exempt from 10% GST Tax. Once processed please allow roughly 7 business days for delivery. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes relevant to the country of destination if any are applied. lease supply an address for delivery between business hours.
